Joint Pain

Joint pain is a very frequent source of discomfort for many over the age of 15, with the joints of the shoulders, knees and wrists being most commonly affected. Joint pain is usually accompanied by limited range of movement and even loss of sleep due to extreme levels of pain. Poor posture, accidents, sport injuries and diseases such as MS are the most common sources of joint pain.

Treatment of Joint Pain

Because joint pain and limited range of motion are most often caused by tension in the muscles surrounding the affected joint, techniques such as trigger point and muscular therapy are an effective means of alleviating this all too common malady.
